How will my order be shipped?

Standard shipping is USPS and/or UPS. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee listed at checkout. Please note that expedited shipping options are available for Monday through Friday delivery, excluding holidays.

 What is your return policy?

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that our product is not working for you, please write us at support@kataleyaessence.com

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. We do not include return slips in your order as an effort to reduce waste. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.

What happens if my order is damaged or defective?

Please write us at support@kataleyaessence.com within 7 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective product. We will immediately send you a replacement at no cost.

How long will it take for my refund to process?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our location. Once received, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically within 3-7 business days).
